A Legacy Written in the Soil
Since 1791, seven generations of the Lewis family have stewarded this 700-acre farm in North Stonington, Connecticut — dairy cows, beef cattle, pigs, and oxen, plus school and group farm tours. In 2015 we were named Connecticut Dairy Farm of the Year / Green Pasture Award winner.

The First Deed
Beriah Lewis purchased the original acreage, establishing a foundation that would survive revolutions, industrial shifts, and two centuries of change. It was more than a farm; it was a promise to the future.
Modernization
Returning from service, the 5th generation introduced mechanized milking and expanded our dairy herd, ensuring the farm's viability in a rapidly changing economy.
